Project Management:
- Defining clients' needs through document review and on-site assessment
- Drafting of project milestones, installation plan, and installation budgets
- On-site meeting with general contractors, architects, consultants, and other trades
- Management and scheduling of project work force
- Maintaining strict installation practices
- Timely processing of RFI and change orders to keep the project moving to completion schedule as promised
- Coordination of training, commissioning and red lined as-built documentation
Installation Labor:
- Our installation crew is highly trained to properly install most low voltage wiring applications. Our team understands the intricacies of trade coordination and works either alongside our clients' work force or solely completes the project in a turnkey fashion.
